A very popular dish in Mizoram, Bai, is basically steamed vegetables prepared with pork, spinach and bamboo shoots, and some local herbs to make it more authentic. HmarchaRawt is a very famous tangy and spicy chutney from Mizoram. It is prepared by roasting green and red chilies and then grinding them to make a paste. It is then mixed with chopped onions and ginger. This chutney can be enjoyed with almost all meals.
