HOW IT WORKS

Once we receive the enquiry, our team will contact your for more details.
Based on your itinerary or travel plan, we shall quote you the final price.
To confirm the booking, you shall make 50% advance and rest amount on the day of arrival.

HIGHLIGHTS

Price Includes airport drop and pickup, tax, driver night stay charge.
Price is for AC vehicle but AC will not work in high altitude areas.
Maximum duty hours for the driver will be up To 8:00 PM. An extra charge of Rs. 100 per hour has to be paid after that.
Carrier Is Not Allowed In Northeast So You Have To Keep Your Luggage Inside The Vehicle.
Travel distance will be as per the itinerary. Anything extra will be cheargeable.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the start of the tour will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 16 and 30 days before the tour date will incur a charge of 25% of the total tour/service cost.
Cancellations made between 8 and 15 days prior to the start of the tour will incur a charge of 50% of the total tour/service cost.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour will not be eligible for any refund.
Refund Processing: All refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of cancellation.

Note:

Written cancellation will accept on all working days, except Sunday, Any cancellation sent on Sunday's will be considered on next working day (Monday). Also the day is considered from 12:00AM till 23.59PM.
Check your luggage/belongings/valuables/ items in any form, before leave the vehicle/ check out hotel. We/Our Company/organization are not responsible / liable in any manners in case of lost/misplace/damage/ forget of anything in the vehicle/hotel.
