1.1 Cancellation by Client
If the Client decides to cancel the booking for any reason, the following cancellation charges will apply:
- For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled start date of the tour, 20% of the total package cost will be charged.
- For cancellations made between 15 to 30 days prior to the tour start date, 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
- For cancellations made between 7 to 14 days prior to the tour start date, 75% of the total package cost will be charged.
- For cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the tour, or in the case of a no-show, 100% of the total package cost will be charged and no refund will be applicable.
1.2 Cancellation by the Company
- The Company reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tour in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. These may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, political unrest, closure of airports or railway stations, government-imposed lockdowns, or any other force majeure situation. In such cases, the company will issue a credit note for the amount received towards the tour package, after deducting any non-recoverable costs mentioned in section 1.3.
- In the event that the Client cancels the booking for any reason, the standard cancellation policy outlined in Section 1.1 shall apply without exception.
1.3 Non-Refundable Charges
- Government permits, museum/monument entry tickets.
- Prepaid non-recoverable charges including but not limited to permits, activity charges, entry fees.
- Custom services arranged specifically at client’s request.
1.4 No Refund for unused services
No refund will be issued for:
- Services voluntarily not used by the client during the tour.
- Late arrival or early departure or delays due to health, weather, or transport issues.
1.5 Refund Policy
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 working days after written cancellation.
- No refunds for unused services or partially used components of the package.
