Itinerary:
DAY 01 - TRANSFAR TO GANGTOK:
Arrive at (IXB) Bagdogra / (NJP) New Jalpaiguri Railway station, Our representative will escort you for the forwarding journey. Revel in the warm welcome you receive from the hotel staff, complete your check-in procedure and take some rest in your room. Spend the first day in MG Marg in Gangtok. End the first day of your Sikkim tour with a peaceful overnight stay at your hotel.
DAY 02 - EXCURSION TO TSOMGO LAKE, BABA MANDIR, NATHULA PASS:
Visit the borders between India and China There is no dearth of tourist attractions in Gangtok with places to visit like Tsomgo Lake and Baba Harbhajan Mandir. After having a lip-smacking breakfast today, get ready to range over these two iconic tourist attractions in Sikkim. Tsomgo Lake is situated at a height of 12,400 feet featuring exceptional views and plaid waters. However, Baba Mandir is a temple dedicated to Major Baba Harbhajan Singh who sacrificed his life for the nation. Travel Back to Gangtok for overnight stay.
Note – For Nathula pass we need to get a permit and many times due to various situations permits are not granted. Visiting Nathula is not allowed for Non-Indians.
DAY 03 - GANGTOK TO LACHEN:
The day begins with a tasty breakfast at the hotel in Gangtok, post which you would be checking out from your hotel takes you to Lachen. While on the way visit Singhik View Point, Tashi View Point & Seven sister Falls which offer entrancing perspectives of Mt. Khangchendzonga and Mt. Siniolchu with the lovely Teesta River streaming underneath. The milky white cascades of Seven Sisters Falls and Naga Falls also feature on your trip today. After reaching Lachen, register with your hotel and rest for some time. Mark an end to this day with a soothing slumber at the hotel.
DAY 04 – GURUDONGMAR AND TRAVEL TO LACHUNG:
Early mornig travel to visit Gurudongmar Lake, which is one of the highest lakes in the world and in India. It is located at an altitude of 5,430 m. It is considered sacred by Buddhists, Sikhs, and Hindus. After that travel to lachung via Lachen. Have your lunch in Lachen. overnight stay in Lachen.
Note: Visiting Gurudongmar is not allowed in for Non Indians.
DAY 05 – LACHUNG TO YUMTHANG VALLEY AND BACK TO GANGTOK:
Relish a toothsome morning meal, proceed to the yumthang and zero point. After that travel back to Gangtok. While on your way back, visit mt katao. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
DAY 06 - GANGTOK TO PELLING VIA RAVANGLA:
After breakfast at the hotel travel to Pelling. On the way visit Ravangla, which is one of the most popular tourist destinations in South Sikkim. At an altitude of 7000 ft, located on a ridge between Maenam and Tendong Hill, Ravangla offers unmatched views of the Greater Himalayas. Visit the buddha park in ravangla. After that travel to Pelling for night stay.
DAY 07 – PELLING LOCAL SIGHTSEEING:
Drive for Full Day Sight Seeing in pelling. The routes are forested and the botanical and zoological richness is inspiring. Places of visit are Rimbi water Falls, Kechopalri Lake, Kechopalri Monastery, Kanchenjunga water Falls, Pemayangtse Monastery, Rabdantse Ruins, the scenic view from the top of the ruin to the mystic heights of Kanchendzonga ranges is something to be cherished – Back to hotel – Evening free to roam around the helipad or Shopping center. Over Night stay at Pelling.
DAY 08: PELLING - DARJEELING:
Today, travel to Darjeeling and explore the local sightseeing. Visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (Sunday closed) and Tea Garden. Evening free for shopping or leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
DAY 09: TIGER HILLS & DEPARTURE:
Early Morning (at 04:00 am) drive to Tiger hill to watch the spectacular sunrise and the effect of sunlight over the Eastern Himalayan peaks like Mt. Kanchendzonga (28,208 ft, World's 3rd highest peak), Kabru, Pandim etc (subject to clear weather conditions). If time permits, visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop on your way back. Check out from the hotel after breakfast and transfer to Bagdogra Airport for departure. Travel back home with colourful memories.

- Check your luggage/belongings/valuables/ items in any form, before leave the vehicle/ check out hotel. We/Our Company/organization are not responsible / liable in any manners in case of lost/misplace/damage/ forget of anything in the vehicle/hotel.
- The rates quoted in the packages are on per person basis when 4 Pax travel together.
- Price will be less or more when number of person increase or decrease.
- We reccommend a tour manager through out the tour apart from local guides. It is optional for Indians. The cost of tour manager is Rs. 5500/- per day including His/Her accommodation and food.
- Price is valid for Indian nationals only.
For Foreign Nationals:
- Price quoted here is not for foreign Nationals. Price for foreign national is different and will be finalized once we receive complete requiremnts and number of Pax.
- Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner is included.
- English Speaking tour manager along with local tour guide is mandatory and will be provided from us.
- Protected area permit will be required for Arunachal Pradesh and we shall obtain the same.
- Obtaining PAP takes upto 7 days, so we recommend booking with us 15 days in advance.
- Minimum of 2 pax required to travel.

- Itinerary can be modified based on requirements.
- We accept Master card, visa card, amex card, Bank transfer through swift, cash in USD or any other suitable payment methods.
- Payment transaction or exchange charges are to be paid by tourist.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1 Payment Terms
- 50% of the total tour cost is required at the time of confirmation.
- Another 25% of the total tour cost is required to be paid before 15 days of the start of the tour.
- The remaining 25% must be paid 7 days before the arrival date.
- For bookings made within 7 days of travel, 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted digital methods.
- All bank charges or transaction fees are to be borne by the client.
1.2 Amendments & Changes
- Amendments requested after confirmation may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.
- Changes in travel dates or group size must be informed at least 10 days before the tour start date.
1.3 Default in Payment
- Failure to comply with the payment schedule will be deemed a breach of contract.
- The Company reserves the right to withhold or cancel services (transport, accommodation, permits, etc.) without liability or refund.
- The Company shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from non-payment.
1.4 Liability
- The operator shall not be liable for any injury, loss, delay, or damage caused by accidents, weather, transport issues, or any third-party services.
- We act as an agent for hotels, transporters, and other service providers and shall not be held responsible for their shortcomings.
- In case of failure to make the balance payment as per the agreed payment policy, we shall not be held responsible for any delay or discontinuation of the services.
1.5 Code of Conduct
- Clients are expected to respect local customs and follow the guide/driver’s instructions.
- Misconduct, intoxication, or illegal behavior may lead to termination of services without refund.
1.6 GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All Cost quoted is in INR (Indian Rupee).
- Vehicle Provided as per mention tour plan , any additional sightseeing not mentioned in the Itinerary will be charged extra.
- No Refund or Compensation for any unused services/transportation in any circumstance.
- Visits to Museums/Parks/Monasteries/Forts in the program is subject to their remaining open on the day of the visit as per the rules of the competent authority.
- We will not bear any cost for flight canceled or delayed due to Bad weather or any other reason given by the airline. The cost of accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be borne by passenger.
- Room allotment will be as per the availability at the time of check-in, floor or view preferences are not guaranteed.
- Base catagory rooms are provided unless specifically mentioned in the tour quotation.
- All expenses which are not included in the cost of package shall be paid directly by tourist at the time of checkout.
- All tourists are advised to take comprehensive Insurance on their own.
- The timings given in itinerary and program may be changed without notice keeping in mind local development.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
1.1 Cancellation by Client
If the Client decides to cancel the booking for any reason, the following cancellation charges will apply:
- For cancellations made more than 45 days (excluding 45th day) prior to the scheduled start date of the tour, full refund of the booking amount is applicable except clause 1.4 mentioned below.
- For cancellations made between 45 to 30 days (Including 45th and 30th day) prior to the scheduled start date of the tour, 20% of the total package cost will be charged.
- For cancellations made between 29 to 15 days (Including 29th and 15th day) prior to the tour start date, 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
- For cancellations made between 14 to 8 days (Including 14th and 8th day) prior to the tour start date, 75% of the total package cost will be charged.
- For cancellations made less than or equel to 7 days before the start of the tour, or in the case of a no-show, 100% of the total package cost will be charged and no refund will be applicable.
- Note- number of days will be calculated as arrival date minus cancellation date. Both dates are inclusive and day is counted from 12AM to 11.59PM.
1.3 Cancellation by the Company
- The Company reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tour in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. These may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, political unrest, closure of airports or railway stations, government-imposed lockdowns, or any other force majeure situation. In such cases, the company will issue a credit note for the amount received towards the tour package, after deducting any non-recoverable costs mentioned in section 1.3.
- In the event that the Client cancels the booking for any reason, the standard cancellation policy outlined in Section 1.1 shall apply without exception.
1.4 Non-Refundable Charges
- Government permits, museum/monument entry tickets.
- Prepaid non-recoverable charges including but not limited to permits, activity charges, entry fees.
- Custom services arranged specifically at client’s request.
1.5 No Refund for unused services
No refund will be issued for:
- Services voluntarily not used by the client during the tour.
- Late arrival or early departure or delays due to health, weather, or transport issues.
1.6 Refund Policy
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 working days after written cancellation.
- No refunds for unused services or partially used components of the package.
