DETAILED ITINERARY:

DAY01: GUWAHATI TO NAMERI NATIONAL PARK (240 KMS/ 6 HRS APPROX)

We shall start at 11 AM from Guwahati. Before starting we shall take blessings of Maa Kamakhya. The Kamakhya Temple is a Sakta temple dedicated to the mother goddess Kamakhya. It is one of the oldest of the 51 Shakti Pithas. After that, we shall go to Nameri National Park. On the way we shall visit Maha Mritunjay Temple. Overnight stay in Nameri.

DAY02: NAMERI TO DIRANG ( 140 KMS/ 6 HRS APPROX) 

Morning we shall go for walking trek to Nameri National Parrk. It will be a 1-2 Hours trek. After coming back, we shall have breakfast in the hotel. After that, we shall go for river rafting in Jia Bharali River. After that, we shall start our journey to Dirang. We will eventually enter into Arunachal Pradesh on this day. It will take 6-8 hours max to reach Dirang. However, the best parts are the roads, the natural landscape and a breath of fresh air. En-route visit Tipi Orchidarium a place over 7500 orchids, on display, there are some rare species of orchid. On arrival at Dirang, check in to a homestay surrounded by beautiful landscape and stay overnight. 

DAY03: DIRANG – TAWANG (140KM/ 6 HRS APPROX) 

After, breakfast in the hotel, we shall go to visit to the majestic Dirang Monastery. Also, a brief visit to the beautiful and panoramic Sangti Valley. Next, a short halt at world's second-highest motorable road- The Sela Pass and the Sela Lake. Later, we will take another halt at the Jaswantgarh War Memorial in Nuranang constructed in the memory of the Great Indian Army soldier, Rifleman Jaswant Singh Rawat who died fighting the Chinese single-handedly during the 1962 Indo-China war. Finally reach in Tawang by evening. Overnight stay in Tawang.

Day04: TAWANG - BUMLA PASS

Breakfast in the Homestay and then, a drive to the border of India-China, named Bum la Pass. At Bum La, we will be greeted by the Indian Army where they will enlighten us about the history of Indo-China relations and conflicts. While returning, we will take you to the beautiful  Sangestar Tso, which is famously known as Madhuri Lake because the film Koyla was shot here. Return back to Tawang by afternoon. In the evening enjoy light and sound show and visit the local market.

DAY05: TAWANG LOCAL SIGHTSEEING AND DRIVE TO SHERGAON (210 KMS/ 7-9 HRS APPROX)

Morning after breakfast, you shall go to visit Tawang Monastery and Buddha Temple. After that you shall travel back towards Shergaon. On the way back from Tawang, a short halt at the breathtaking Jung Falls (Nuranang Waterfalls). It is one of the most beautiful waterfalls you will ever come across in India. Overnight stay in Shergaon.

DAY06: SHERGAON-GUWAHATI (220 KMS/ 7 HRS APPROX)

The final leg of this beautiful and adventurous Himalayan Expedition. On your way back to Guwahati, you will take a bucket full of memories with you of the unmatched beauty of Arunachal Pradesh. Finally, reach Guwahati and retire to your bed in the hotel room after a hectic but beautiful 7 days sojourn.

2. The rates quoted in the packages are on per person basis for group tour ranging from 6-12 Pax.
3. Price is valid for Indian nationals only.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.1 Payment Terms

1. 50% of the total tour cost is required at the time of confirmation.
2. Another 25% of the total tour cost is required to be paid before 15 days of the start of the tour.
3. The remaining 25% must be paid 7 days before the arrival date.
4. For bookings made within 7 days of travel, 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.
5. Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted digital methods. 
6. All bank charges or transaction fees are to be borne by the client.

1.2 Amendments & Changes

• Amendments requested after confirmation may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.
• Changes in travel dates or group size must be informed at least 10 days before the tour start date.

1.3 Default in Payment

• Failure to comply with the payment schedule will be deemed a breach of contract.
• The Company reserves the right to withhold or cancel services (transport, accommodation, permits, etc.) without liability or refund.
• The Company shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from non-payment.

1.4 Liability

• The operator shall not be liable for any injury, loss, delay, or damage caused by accidents, weather, transport issues, or any third-party services.
• We act as an agent for hotels, transporters, and other service providers and shall not be held responsible for their shortcomings.
• In case of failure to make the balance payment as per the agreed payment policy, we shall not be held responsible for any delay or discontinuation of the services.

1.5 Code of Conduct

• Clients are expected to respect local customs and follow the guide/driver’s instructions.
• Misconduct, intoxication, or illegal behavior may lead to termination of services without refund.

1.6 GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All Cost quoted is in INR (Indian Rupee).
2. Vehicle Provided as per mention tour plan , any additional sightseeing not mentioned in the Itinerary will be charged extra.
3. No Refund or Compensation for any unused services/transportation in any circumstance.
4. Visits to Museums/Parks/Monasteries/Forts  in the program is subject to their remaining open on the day of the visit as per the rules of the competent authority.
5. We will not bear any cost for flight canceled or delayed due to Bad weather or any other reason given by the airline. The cost of accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be borne by passenger.
6. Room allotment will be as per the availability at the time of check-in, floor or view preferences are not guaranteed.
7. Base catagory rooms are provided unless specifically mentioned in the tour quotation.
8. All expenses which are not included in the cost of package shall be paid directly by tourist at the time of checkout.
9. All tourists are advised to take comprehensive Insurance on their own.
10. The timings given in itinerary and program may be changed without notice keeping in mind local development.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

1.1 Cancellation by Client

If the Client decides to cancel the booking for any reason, the following cancellation charges will apply: 

• For cancellations made more than 45 days (excluding 45th day) prior to the scheduled start date of the tour, full refund of the booking amount is applicable except clause 1.4 mentioned below.
• For cancellations made between 45 to 30 days (Including 45th and 30th day) prior to the scheduled start date of the tour, 20% of the total package cost will be charged.
• For cancellations made between 29 to 15 days (Including 29th and 15th day) prior to the tour start date, 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
• For cancellations made between 14 to 8 days (Including 14th and 8th day) prior to the tour start date, 75% of the total package cost will be charged.
• For cancellations made less than or equel to 7 days before the start of the tour, or in the case of a no-show, 100% of the total package cost will be charged and no refund will be applicable.
• Note- number of days will be calculated as arrival date minus cancellation date. Both dates are inclusive and day is counted from 12AM to 11.59PM.

1.3 Cancellation by the Company     

• The Company reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tour in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. These may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, political unrest, closure of airports or railway stations, government-imposed lockdowns, or any other force majeure situation. In such cases, the company will issue a credit note for the amount received towards the tour package, after deducting any non-recoverable costs mentioned in section 1.3.
• In the event that the Client cancels the booking for any reason, the standard cancellation policy outlined in Section 1.1 shall apply without exception.

1.4 Non-Refundable Charges 

• Government permits, museum/monument entry tickets.
• Prepaid non-recoverable charges including but not limited to permits, activity charges, entry fees.
• Custom services arranged specifically at client’s request.

1.5 No Refund for unused services

No refund will be issued for:

• Services voluntarily not used by the client during the tour.
• Late arrival or early departure or delays due to health, weather, or transport issues.

1.6 Refund Policy

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 working days after written cancellation.
• No refunds for unused services or partially used components of the package.
